Zone Settings
The Zones screen allows you to manage delivery areas by defining zones and their properties. Each zone helps group cities or districts to simplify logistics planning.
Main Zone Table

When you open the Zones screen, you will see a table with the following columns:

Zone ID
A sequential identifier for each zone. -
Zone Code
A unique code assigned to the zone for internal reference. -
English Name / Arabic Name
The name of the zone in both languages. -
Description
Additional notes or details about the zone. -
Delivery Days
The expected number of working days required for deliveries within this zone. -
Actions
Contains three action buttons:- 🖊️ Edit – to modify zone details.
- 📑 View Cities – to display the list of cities linked to the selected zone.
- 🗑️ Delete – to remove the zone.
Zone Details – Cities Within a Zone

When you click the View Cities icon from the main table, the Zone Details screen opens. This screen allows you to manage the cities assigned to the selected zone.
City Table Columns

Zone Code
Displays the code of the parent zone. -
English Name / Arabic Name
The name of the city in both languages. -
Zone
The zone this city belongs to (for reference only). -
Notes
Any notes specific to this city or its delivery conditions. -
Actions
Includes buttons to Edit or Delete the city from the zone.
By organizing delivery zones and their related cities, you can simplify route planning and maintain a scalable system for managing regional logistics.
