Collection review

The Collection review screen is designed to analyze and review shipment collections. It enables users to monitor collected amounts, evaluate collection performance, and analyze financial results to determine whether the selected data results in a profit or a loss.

The screen provides multiple filters and analytical views that allow users to review collection data from different perspectives, making it easier to analyze performance and support decision-making.


Search Filters

Users can filter the displayed data using the following criteria:

  • Date Range (From – To)
  • Customer
  • Courier
  • City
  • Zone Screenshot

After applying the desired filters, the system displays the matching results in the data grid below.


Data Views

The screen provides several analytical views, allowing users to switch between different tabs to analyze collection data from various perspectives.

The available views include:

  • Summary – Displays an overall financial overview of collection transactions.
  • Customers – Analyzes collection data for each customer individually.
  • Months – Groups and displays collection data by month.
  • Collections – Displays detailed collection transactions.
  • Branches – Analyzes collections by branch.
  • Couriers – Reviews the collection performance of each courier.
  • Zones – Displays collection analysis by zone.
  • Cities – Shows collection results grouped by city.
