Failure Reasons Options

The Failed Delivery Reasons screen includes a table with several main columns, along with visibility settings that help you control how each reason works across the system.

📄 Main Columns

  • Reason ID: A sequential number for easy reference.
  • Code: An internal code assigned to the reason.
  • English Name / Arabic Name: Display names in both English and Arabic.
  • Description on Site: A short explanation shown to the courier inside the mobile app.

⚙️ Visibility Settings

There are 7 control options that define where the reason can be used or activated:

  • Show in Change Status
    Displays this reason in the Change Status screen.

  • Show in Visit Result
    Allows this reason to appear in the Visit Result screen.

  • Show in Change Previous Status
    Makes this reason available when modifying previous statuses.

  • Show in Mobile App
    Allows the courier to select this reason directly from the mobile app.

  • Another Attempt
    When enabled, the shipment becomes eligible for another delivery attempt.

  • Add Case in Customer Service
    Automatically opens a support case in the customer service system.

  • Send WhatsApp to Sender
    Instantly sends a WhatsApp message to the sender when this reason is selected.

Each reason in the table includes Edit and Delete icons under the Actions column, making it easy to update or remove reasons when needed.
