Receive Shipments

The Receive Shipments tab allows you to confirm receiving shipments from a specific courier. This feature is typically used to verify that the pickup process from the customer to the shipping company has been successfully completed.

Courier Selection​

You can select one or multiple couriers to register the received shipments under them. This is especially useful when the company assigns more than one courier to handle Pickup requests.

How It Works​

When adding one or multiple shipments, one of the following scenarios will occur:

  • Valid Shipments: If the shipment is being verified for the first time, it will be added to the Valid Shipments box, confirming successful receipt.

  • Invalid Shipments: If the shipment has already been verified before, it will appear in the Invalid Shipments box, indicating that it has already been processed.
